Projector lights

hi all.ive just acquired a pair of projector lights (chucked in when i bought diffuser)with the black surrounds in them but there off a European car as they dip to the right.
I’ve been told that there not adjustable but I’m wondering is it possible to swap out lenses and surrounds with my lights so I can at least have the black surrounds?
Any help with this would be much appreciated or if anyone is interested in them for any trips abroad let me know and I’ll put some pics up etc

I believe they're permasealed instead of the usual black butyl. You'll have use a combination of heat and a pick up try and scrape out as much as possible, it's cutting the lenses off and then gluing them back together.
