Just wondering if anyone can personally recommend someone who can give my car a good clay/polish/wax etc without costing me the earth?

Black 200 - paintwork looks terrible, swirl city, and scratched up (thanks to local car wash guys)

Okay so basically about £400, good deal for the service to be fair.

although I'm thinking is it worth it? I work on an industrial estate and it will be mucky within a day or two literally.

or will the process still help my paint??

A proper detail with paint correction should restore your paintwork back to it's best, inc removing swirls etc. So it will definitely help your paint either way, even if it does get dirty again afterwards.
