Hi,

After selling my really clean sorted 197 a few years back i am aching to get another one.

I sold the last one because it had a full system and i got a new job driving on the motorway for a good part of my commute and the car used to rev so high even at70mph i couldn't live with it.

What are the 200s like in comparison, i heard the newer gearbox was a bit more motorway friendly

The 200’s do sit a little lower than 197’s at motorways speeds - from memory around 3200rpm but if you’ve got a full system with no silencers it’s still going to be loud. Could you not live with a resonated system?

Good to hear the gearboxes is a bit more friendly. i think this time i will opt for a resonated back box.
