Possible cause for synchro failures?

As many of you know I'm rebuilding my gearbox for a megane conversion. (Don't tell me that I can use a meg box, I know you can but that's boring and I want to be different :lol: ) anyway I found a website that goes over the problems with evo's gearbox synchro problems. Could this explain the faulty synchros in the tl4 box?

tl4 mass produced gearbox with a sort of build it and go from the off...

as for that waffle that doesn't really explain much apart from big up the company - any detailed work checking if the clearances etc are correct will be of benefit
but its finding out those specs and dare I say "experimenting" with it...

Does rebuild even worth it? It is strong and hold enough like brand new?

Well the standard box max torque rating is around the 200 ft/ib. I'm gonna be putting 400 through this box.

yes it is very bias towards the company but if the synchros are just put in anyway it would explain why some are fine and some aren't on the exact same synchro. I've got some updated steel synchros now and seeing how they cope.

No,i meant on regular stats if it worth a rebuild and strong as a new box
