Ported and polished throttle body is it really worth it ?

i had one on mine, ported to 64mm, modified spindle and butterfly to suit, car did weem to pick up better and give more momentum when changing gears and going into the higher rev range. well worth it in my opinion. got it forsale if you want it? drop me a pm. im only down the road from you

I've got a standard size one with the lip taken out and polished

so yours isnt ported then, just delipped and polished? i removed the lip on my standard one, could really tell the difference to be fair, but thats not to say it didnt do anything as your smoothing the air flow. but i had a spare that i sent as part of a group buy on here, where they stripped the throttle body down and machined it out (from 60mm to 64mm) and modfied the spindle to fit a bigger butterfly to suit. now that you could tell the difference. like ive said its now forsale as ive no longer got the car.

snake oil. makes the throttle seem more responsive as it's basically giving you more throttle opening for less pedal travel. Won't give you any actual gain.
