on the 12th of october my car is going into piper for them to use my car as the demo car for the to make exhausts systems for the 197.
they are also talking about seeing if they can improve on the standard exhaust manifold, and are going to see the pro's and con's of a 4-1 manifold and a 4-2-1 manifold.

this system will be exhaust mandifold ( if they do 1 in the end ) 200 cell sport cat and cat back system which i belive they are gonna keep to the standard look

so rock on the 12th, only down side is, they will have my car for 2 - 3 weeks

make sure when they have done they get the tracking sorted - front subframe/lower suspension has to come off to remove manifold hmy:

yup, i have asked and said that, they have said i will get the car back how it was brought in, just with a better exhaust on it

Ok,

Car is on the ramp, old OE exhaust is off, new back box and center section are nearly done.

Hopefully i can get some pics tmw, il post them up if i can.

Does anyone have any comments they would like to add?

Hello all.

Just to keep you updated we are doing well with the system, We have managed to make some tailpipes to suit the rear valance.

These will have a sleeve fitting on them so they can be changed to suit which car it is on (197/200)

As you can see in these pics

I hope to get a picture of them on the car with the valance in place.

We will not be able to make the 200 style pipes until we get hold of another clio.

Any offers?

things are going well and it wont be long till we are ready to release the system.

will there be any other sleeves available, i.e. if i wanted 3"-3.5"rolled inward slightly slashed tail pipe (sorry dont know what the tailpipe design is called)

Hello!

Very well we are finishing things off. Jonesy what trims do you want when you collect?
Currently it has our slash cut trim on it. we may be ableto make a straight cut rolled in/out trim aswell.

I hope to release prices and more pics end of the week/ early next week.

Ok we are nearly finished, we have made slash cut trims (see above) 3' rolled in and 3' rolled out.

The photographer was here this morning and i should have the pics back by mid next week.
When i do i will post them up.

Last thing to do is finalise the prices, and get this car off our ramps! ; ) only joking Jonesy. - thanks a lot for the car.
