Parrot CMLTB BCK85 problem

I've got a Parrot CMLTB BCK85 installed in my 197 but I don't have a user manual.
The problem is I can't see the contacts in my phone on the car's display. The display is showing the word "contacts" but I can't get past that point. Nothing happens. Using an iphone 4.

I have a parrot but not the same model as yours. Is the phone connected to parrot via Bluetooth ? If not connected you will still see the menu options but they will be greyed out.

I had an issue with mine when I first got it in that it would pair, its was due to having the maximum number of phones stored in its memory , so I would look into that and clear the saved phones and start again.
