Makes sense Have also heard the stories of the filter splitting and leaving you in a right mess with no way to get to the shop for a filter wrench!

Never knew the clio had an oil/water exchanger, is this to cool the oil or heat the oil on cold start?

bit of both really - helps with oil warm up at first then will help to stabilise once warm - you can see it - its what the oil filter screws on to

I thought you only got 5l of oil per bottle?? Also who's best to contact with regards to the fuchs stuff??

Is 5w 40 the way forward?? I don't want to oil to be too thin if that makes sense??
