Oil leaking from VVT solenoid?

I have oil leaking/spurting at the VVT solenoid side, I have changed the solenoid and the o ring, but still it leaks out of there? Although I am not 100% sure if its from there but it looks like it. Doesnt happen when driven normal, seems to be happening when I push it on the highway, anyone know the issues or causes? I have also changed the PCV.
