Can't go wrong with genuine Renault oil, filter, coolant and plugs. I've done plenty of track days without any issues.
Brakes and tyres are the game changers. At minimum (my recommendation) you'll want braded brake lines on the front with some decent pads (I use PBS ProRace Performance Brake Pads - on the budget side they've never let me down!) and some RBF660 brake fluid.
Tyres are up to you - I've only ever tested PS4 but looking to get a proper set for track-use only in the coming months. I am expecting a big difference with decent track rated tyres as PS4 tyres are not ideal for track. Luckily, most of my track-days have been pissing down with rain so they've paid off...
