Looks awesome! I know this may be a silly question but my 197 seems to vmax at around 135-137 with plenty of revs left is there a limiter of some sort on the clios?

Ive had mine at 150mph on the autobahn last year so no theres not mate.

Thought the 200 hit the limiter at 140ish, have to admit ive not taken mine much over a 100 so wouldnt know. Or does yours have the megane lump?

They go over 140.

I've hit the limiter in 6th going down hill, was almost on the end of the clock

197 top is around 130-135

200 top is around 134-140 due to the longer top gear

dont expect them to race up to that speed - aero drag will slow them alot

I had 140mph on the GPS in my 197 on the autobahn. I have got a few mods though, akrapovic, remap, coilovers which will increase power and decrease drag a bit

Speedo won't be accurate at those speeds.

You need a good GPS to give a good idea of top speed.

Tomtom or the like would be far more accurate imo

Cracking pics! The Foxhole Guest House is one of the best places to stay at the ring i recon. What steering wheel have you got? Looks really nice, any chance of a pic?

standard wheel with an Edge Automotive retrim. Black Alcantara with red stich.

I was struggling with grip when wearing gloves on track days etc. The retrim is much improved over the original leather.

Plus matches my gear knob and gaitor.
