I have been taking my Megalio to the track for shake down in preparation for the season here in Dubai after swapping 70mm intercooler with 95mm and getting AIRTEC Dual Fan Radiator in.
Providing Dubai's typical weather (avg 39C & 60-70% humidity), I'm pretty impressed on the water temp (86-95C) for normal driver and (95-110C) on track. Yes, that's on the high side. Yet, car feels fine. The Intake Temp since I retained Clio 3 rs intake mainfold in my build, it's 20-30C plus over the Ambient . So, I would say, summer R&D went pretty well
Now to the delimma I'm going through . My Megalio won't pass 6000 rpm! Just don't know how that just happened?! Providing the car used to go all the way to the set limiter of 7500 rpm.
Any thought where should I start looking at?

. Had to minimize the silicon hose at the intake pipe as it was sucked in at high rpm.
