new xbox 360 vs old 360

im contemplating investing in the new xbox 360.

i have the old shape 360 but im not too sure if the differences are worth the investment?

has anyone else bought the new shape console?

if so what do you think of it?

Definitely worth it chap, I had several of the old ones. The noise was just too much so I never used it and got into the PS3 instead. Picked up the new one a couple of months ago and haven't looked back, it's a much nicer machine. Very quiet all of the time and hasn't skipped a beat.

i have a 60 gig launch version ps3 too, im thinking of upgrading one of them but if there are no differences then i cant see the point

There was a big gap between consoles so I dont notice if it's more responsive. It's the new processor, so its smaller, cooler and faster supposedly. 250gb storage helps.

I've kept my FF PS3 aswell

i wouldnt waste my time with the 4gb, it would have to be 250gb
