New tyres help

Hello

My first post on here!!! I am in need of new front tyres for my Clio 200 and want some help with what to go with

1 conti 3
2 conti 5
3 toyo TR1

Please please help.....

The conti 5's are the newer ones, so I would go for those over the 3's. But I don't know anything about the Toyo. But personally I would go for the 5's. Unless you want something a bit cheaper with similar performance to the conti 3's, go for Hankook V12 Evo's. They'll last longer than the conti's too. I had them on my 197 and thought they were very good.

Conti 5 gets very good ratings. BenW on here has first hand experience with both I think and he recommends the 5 to be better. Just don't go with t1r had them on the front of my Clio and they were rubbish compared to my conti sports now.

I have tried contis sc5. In general lines, they are better than sc3's - especially in lateral grip, but I think they dont give the same feedback - steering feel.

After destroying the fronts on track, I heve recently tried Goodyear f1 assymetric 2, which I found much sportier and precise than SC5' s (as for the grip I cannot tell for sure, maybe SC5 is a little bit better, but feeling counts more for me.

Just had some V12s fitted to my MPS. 225/40/18, can't believe the difference in how the car feels, so much better than the P Zero Rosso that were on it before.
