I always thought heathrow airport car parking was extortion but Oxford street in London has taken the title as the worst.

Absolute madness. When I first moved to London, I was looking at bringing my car down with me. When I realised it was going to cost me £90 a month to park outside where I lived (in 2002) I figured I needed to look at an alternative solution.
