197: Parking brake cable replacement (L+R)

As in title.
My 197 parking brake cable freezes sometime.
Yesterday i washed my car, this morning -12celsius. I went for drive and pulled parking brake and it would not release.
Not funney. Common fault, new cables are solution.
Is there any instructions for cable replacement?
