New head unit help . .

need a bit of help with regards to getting a new hu,

Basically I want a better quality unit with same features as oem,

been looking at the following but tbh im kinda clueless (dont want to spend a fortune lol)

like the above how it has the usb and aux input, they any good?

also what would I need to fit this to the 200, facia adapter? steering wheel adapter? again Im a newbie when it comes to audio, any help would be much appreciated

You will need the cambus connector and the face surround both look alright to be honest pal if you interested I have a head unit for sale in the for sale section with all the bits you need

so I would need a special connector for the steering wheel control? would it be a pioneer 1? sorry if thats a daft q I have no idea haha

You would need a controller for the steering wheel it will be a 3rd party one bud and will have limited functionality

U lose stuff by clock, basically just tells time, but steering wheel control by third party will do the usual volume on off change source I got pioneer flip screen with nav and steering wheel control

Just thought I'd add my bit, I'm a newbie so unsure if there the same.

Looks good and sounds better than standard speakers. I found that I had to remove the glovebox to pull the cables through a gap as the stereo was sticking out an inch and it was driving me mad for ages trying to fit my hands in there.


Glove box is easy to remove, only 5 or 6 screws.
