Need tyres!

No pictures (there is now) yet but just got my wheels back from TWS and they look amazing!

Now I need some tyres and I'm struggling to make a decision so my options at the moment are:

Toyo R888s, these I can get a set for £530 but it's a lot of money on rubber

Yokohama A048s, I can't find these reasonably priced anywhere always over £700

Yokohama AD08s, these are a sort of road/track compromise that look like they'd be pretty good and can get them for just over £100 a corner

Hankook V12s, just over £300 for a set but obviously not all that track focused but obviously cheaper to replace


They're to fit some cup racer alloys and I'm looking to use them as a second summer/track set, 'correct' tyre size for these is 225/45/17 as far as i know.

Anyone have any opininions on the above or advise? if you know anywhere good to get these kinds of tyres that'd be big help as at the moment I've only found camskill and tyre traders reasonable.

i think they came in 5th or 6th in this years tyre tests

V12s are good, but I don't know for the track.

What about Toyo Proxes R1R?

They're right in the middle of the T1R and R888. Good for track without being too lairy in the wet.
