yes, but you may need spigot rings depending on the center bore of the new wheels. They'll also stick out a little due to the offset.

Cheers, the main thing I was worried about it then fitting around the calipers

I'd be worried of them sticking out a bit too much, probably more than an et45 7,5J wheel does which is already a bit too much imo.
