Yeah dont regret it one bit.
The main reason was the handling, that astra was **** in comparison, it just wanted to understeer, did look about going down the 18's, springs, LSD route.
However I knew the guy i sold my Clio to and jokingly one day said want to swap for the astra and he said yeah lol.
So i got my clio and £2k back so couldnt say no .
I do like the looks of the astra, and in a straght line the clio would have been left for dead (astra was stage 2, remap and full exhaust, so running about 290bhp and same torque).
But as a drivers car with my living in the country the clio winds hands down.
Am tempted to get a meg r26 though as i do miss the torque.
