a set with tyres went on ebay last week, fetched £500 and they needed refurbing

It was part of normal equipment when you were buying these or you later ordered it from Renault?

HOW CAN I BUY THESE IN BLACK COMBINATION, not these white ones...

They were re-trimmed by Auto Trim Systems in Leicester, UK. They were custom made, Sean will be able to tell you if they kept the pattern, although they are an official Recaro agent in the UK
