MOT fail new Springs fitted

Hi

my 197 cup failed mot last week due to passenger side spring cracked, so i decided to buy 4 new apex springs from larkspeed for £104. i know the majority of you will say i should of got h&r or eibach but hay ho [emoji6]

Just wondering how many hours labour i should be looking at to replace all springs.

3 hours max id say. I've seen it done way quicker. I used Apex on a 200 and they were awesome on track. Not so good on the road but only because they were so harsh.

Any chance you have a idea on how long it would take to fit all 3 powerflex mounts?
Also if i got all 3 poweflex mounts fitted do you think it would be worth while fitting the vibratechniks upper engine mount?
