Mansfield Hyundi/Renault - Massive Joke

So got my service done yesterday by the cowboys and im so thankful thats the final visit to them! Firstly took my car in at 9 and explained I needed it sorting before my missus went to work at 2 as only way I could collect the car as they didn't have a car to give me I finally got a phone call to colleft it at 5.00 so first thing to annoy me, during the day though I got a phone call stating my front discs and pads were scored, warn and needed replacement so I played along dumb as id had the wheels off a week before and checked and theres more than plenty of life left in both I was quoted 384 inc vat of which I saod I didnt have the money 5 minutes layer they rang back to say theyd do it for 200 all in lol major discount again I refused anyway went to collect car gave me my key and wnet and did a full check to see of anything was wrong or damaged first thing wheels had not been removed to check breaks at all I knw has I peft my wheels dirty and that had not been distubed next thing lifted the bonnet my airfilter was missing the top cover was layed on rhe mani cover and my dipstick was missing! I went back in and went nuts just told them how much of a joke and con men they are lodged a complaint with the dealership manager and rang bith renault and hyundi today who are sending someone down whi I have to meet to discuss the matter all in all even though they are no longer co operative renault there still a massive joke as Bristol Street motors hyundi. Rant over
 
I hate it when they ring at 5 and say your car is read.
Come down pay and then go, no chance to check around.
Found out once the next day on the M6 the brakes had not been properly bled.
 
I have a 35% discount waiting for my next service from my local dealer due to their 'issues' last time I visited them for a bit of work.
 
I love renault dealers, the recent visit resulted in a broken front wiper arm cover (the whole arm has to be replaced).

I hate them all that much I'm buying the part myself, sack going back there ever again. It has had its last service there and I won't be going back in a hurry!

Time before that they somehow managed to bend the arm which holds the bonnet open and tried to deny it!!! "Come here a minute while I show you"....."is the arm supposed to scratch the front headlight?"

These are the exact reasons why I do all my own servicing. You really can't trust anyone these days (specialists like diamond motors aside that is). It was bad enough to take the wife's into Seat, that was only to keep the warranty intact.
 
A bunch of tits they are, all of them and don't get me started on that bitch on reception.

They asked for my email address so they could send me details of my cars work, then I was signed up for all the 'Bristol st motors' stuff I don't want/need, I asked them to stop sending crap but it still carried on, two months later when I'd signed up their manager to a couple of sex sites and a doggin site, it stopped.

Derran the dogger, :lol: wonder if he's still getting the emails.
 
Gave up with them the other year. Customer service is Crap at best. been using Renault at notts, and touch wood they've been ok. Mark Black at Bolsover Car Care will be getting my business come service time, heard many good things....
 
My local Renault were very good with the service they did. Even if they did wash it afterwards and swirl the **** out of the paint.
