Manifold Gasket

Just a quick question about the removal and fitting of the exhaust manifold gasket. Is this another nightmare job?? Had the two flexis replaced in february and was concernerd that i would have to go through the same procedure again replacing the gasket?

Any help would be appreciated, have the gasket here and was going to be doing the work today
