M3 Out for an airing

Been putting in a fair bit of work lately into the M3 and can pretty much say it done now and will be able to withstand track abuse from years to come.



















Have Goodwood booked on the 17th June and I cannot wait! May even try sneak a day in at Bedford GT beforehand.

Clio is still ticking along nicely, although I do find I need to turn traction control off as it's come down like a hammer in a few bends. Other than that and the lack of Speedlines its great.

It's hard to miss, stuck a Quaife knob on that made it even taller.

Dont fancy a evolve airbox or not worth it? I almost got one when i had my E46 M3 but my SMG packed up and i had to divert funds elsewhere.

The CSL airbox is a VERY pricey item but in my opinion it's worth every penny.

I'd love one but in all honesty I don't think would be able to hear to over solid bushes. Would rather put my money into a trick diff with different ratio.

But on my first ever track day all the other M3's had a carbon box of some sorts, an all had more experience, yet I was still faster by quite a margin. So ever since then I've not even bothered looking carbon boxes.

Shame mate, I'm hoping to do 30th dependant if I can get the car serviced in time. Would hold off until the 5th but that's one of the weeks I have my daughter so wouldn't be able to make it.
