Hey there everyone,
I have a non cup Renault Clio 197 (2007) and I’m getting a bit of a knocking from the drivers side over small bumps and lower speeds. As a process of elimination to identify the knocking and for the opportunity to upgrade from the original shocks and struts that came with the car (88,000 km), I think it’s a good opportunity.
I’ve never been big on upgrading to a racing oriented suspension, especially since it’s moot given the roads here, but I’d really love some recommendations of some street coilovers or even some fancy shocks. I don’t care to update to the Cup suspension because I don’t want to be a pretender : )
If they’re adjustable, great although again, I won’t be frequenting the track anytime soon but want something solid and something with longevity over the stock setup.
