Looking for a hub carrier with ABS sensor

Hi - I have a 2008 197 and love it. The ABS sensor warning light came on recently and it has caused a problem rubbing into the brakes which they can fix, but need a new offside hub carrier with ABS sensor (part number 7701478288R for a RENAULT Clio III Hatchback (BR0/1, CR0/1) 2.0 16V Sport (CR0N, CR1P) (145 kW / 197 hp). There are none in the UK and they/the dealership can't tell me when it would come in. Have tried looking for spares.

Anyone got any ideas as to where to source this?

Should have said it was for the rear, very much doubt you need a new stub axle just one of these: https://renaultpartsdirect.co.uk/parts/brake-parts/renault-clio-197-200-rear-stub-axle-abs-bracket/

So would I need inner hub assembly + outer hub assembly + bracket? This is new to me

No, you just need that bracket linked above. Cheap and easy fix.
