Lipping discs...

Hi my rear discs have a lip formed around the inner edge from obvious pad wear. Now does this mean MOT failiure? Because surely there has to be a limit (mm) because discs are going to lip on every car surely as the pads only covers so much of the disc.

I have seen Karl's awesome discs deal but don't wanna spend money if I don't need too?

Just after little advice/experience really :-D
Oh, they're not warped had wheels off last week to change around

Thanks

Will

Forgot what the legal level is but as long as there still above no probs as its the fronts that do all the work

cant fail it as long as the brakes meet the test efficiencies on the rollers...they can issue an advisory if being very keen!! - mot test does not take measurements its a test of safety with the majority on "observation"

Right I shall throw that in their faces then, as last year they said it will fail next year if not changed due to liping
