Lightweight flywheel for 197

is there a noticeble inprovment?

I need less throttle in order to accelerate the car from full stop - really good mod for the ppl who drive in the town a lot.

One of the best mods that I did on my car including the V6 airbox.

I had it light weighted when I changed the clutch.

all they do is drill holes and skim some material off

okay i admit it picks up a bit quicker.

Craig

how weigh the standard craig?

with start ring/crown or without it?? (i don't know if it is the correct world)

because madeno says that the standard one weigh 6.1kg..

tis true though

If you want to simplify things to their very basics and disregard the work someone has put into something, then yes it is true.

I'd like to see what sort of job you could do lightneing a flywheel safely and correctly. It's not as easy as drilling some holes and removing some of the material, not by a long way. The item is placed under massive stresses and high RPM's that could potentially be fatal if it failed.
