I might be the lone voice of dissent, but what's the point in getting decent suspension and doing that? I'd wager a standard car would be quicker and more enjoyable.

I might be the lone voice of dissent, but what's the point in getting decent suspension and doing that? I'd wager a standard car would be quicker and more enjoyable.

Because he got a new toy and wanted to see what it was capable of at the extremes?

If you check out the clio cup cars they run pretty low at the front close to the same as that (they they have a slightly wider track and severe cambre so it doesnt look so 'odd'). Though they dont run that low at the back by any means.

the clio cups are proberly just as low, but utilising a 61mm sidewall tyre they look higher as there is more arch-tyre gap, front is perfect to look at but is actually a tad low for uk roads, i rekon il be jacking up the front by best part of 10mm to ensure a nice gap between chassis-tarmac

most likely am going to make a very nice aly full subframe gaurd and remove teh o.e plastic one, will do my usualy trick of cutom making some engien rasing shims keep the driveshafts straighter and just to raise the sump level up a bit

Waaaaaaay too low IMO. Each to there own and all that but to me when they're that low it looks like the suspensions broke!

i'm with you there mate, although it looks good, would be a nightmare for anything else.

Too low man, especially the rear.

Is it for track? You simply don't have enough height and damping there to deal with the road.

The Cup cars are lower and more cambered at the front to reduce understeer and help with the turn in. The rear should be less extreme to give a bit of oversteer.

I'd take it to specialist to get it setup.
