Keycard wont lock/unlock doors

Anyone know how these keycards work?

The card I normally use with the car has now stopped locking & unlocking the doors, but is still communicating with the car as I can still drive with it.

Its not the battery as I've tried that, the 2nd keycard works as it should, so its not like anythings interfering with the card.

Do I have 1 duff keycard?

From what ive read I think there is 2 batteries in the key cards (someone may correct me on this?) maybe the other battery needs replacing.
