Hi i was just wondering how come most(if not all) of the rallye clios(mk3) are 197's the pre facelift and not the post f.l even the mk4 is there too

Older model = cheaper to buy, maybe?

And since they're identical in performance/running gear anyway, makes no sense to buy the newer MK3 200/facelift.

Here's a fun fact, the clio 200 cup racers are just 197's with new bumpers!
