I've got a stiffy !!!

Petrol cap seems very stiff on my car.

Screws on ok then feels very stiff getting it to fully close;

Anybody else got the same issue ? 61 plate 200.

Mine unscrews pretty easily. I'd check to see if the threads dirty and give it a good clean

puts some lub on your stiffy and give it a good waggle,should do the trick

be sure to clean up any excess lub with a tissue or an old sock though,you don't want that stuff on your paint work

Mines loose, not suprised really it gets used a lot with the ammount of juice going in there every week.

This thread could go in the correct direction or the wrong rude minded direction.. I think it's too late to choose the correct direction :rofl:

But yeah just give the threads a clean, my old one was slightly stiff but it was normal as my grans Clio and my sisters Clio was the same
