ITG Andy Jackson

So I finally managed to call up ITG today and asked for Andy Jackson.. He wasn't in but I spoke to this lad explaining that a lot of people go through Andy as he usually is very helpful and gets you a good deal (what I've heard anyway through forums) to which the guy I was speaking to asked me to repeat what I said and clearly turned me on loud speaker as I could now hear myself echo. I repeated to hear "what a load of ****" and was hung up on.. I called straight back and the guy said we don't deal with the public. You'll have to buy it through another site.. Very polite bunch lol...

Actually a VERY stupid buisness move as youve told them you're a member of a forum.

I've never had any problems dealing with ITG even if it not with Andy him self, that was very unprofessional of who ever it was on the other end of the phone!
