Is this normal fuel pump noise?

Hi
Not sure if anyone will be able to tell from video but I can hear a hissing from my fuel tank is this normal?

Just replaced my fuel pump with a good used one, and its making a slight buzzing noise. Is it normal, air block, dirt block? Seems to run ok?
