iPod aux "green" cable with parrot

I have a factory fit parrot.

I want to drop in a basic eBay iPod aux cable that work with the "update List" head unit.

Will the parrot be using any connects or sockets the eBay wire needs?

The green socket cable clips into the yellow one and has a 3.5mm jack on the other end.

I will also have to turn on the aux setting.

Might try pop the stereo and see if the block is available/open

I can confirm that the parrot does not use the Aux function either in regards of the spare "block" on the back of the "update list" head unit or the aux function which can be enabled by pressing the music note symble, then scrolling down to "aux" followed by on.

I might remove the LW and MW fucntions (turn to off) to enable faster scrolling between Fm, Cd and now Aux (ipod) just need to order my cable now.
