Injection fault error

Hi guys
I have a issue with my vehicle it keeps on going into limp mode and giving a dash error "injection fault error" then i switch off and on again and it drives again but a couple of minutes later same thing has anyone had this problem and if so what was the exact issue?

I'm having this also at the moment. Could someone help out on what to do?
 
Do you have a sprintbooster? As it can have a bent pin or 2 that causes this, or the plug for the accelerator cable.
Check it hasn't bent / loose.
 
You get this exact error when you disconnect the accelerator pedal connector.
Worth checking if it is seated properly, unplug it and plug it back in again to be sure.

thanks! where can i look for the plug? can i see it from the pedal itself?
