induction pipes

was looking at the induction pipes yestaday, as i may get some silicon hoses, but however found a pipe not sure what it does, its a smaller pipe that comes off the bottom of the main incoming rubber pipe the side of the engine from the grill, the smaller pipe looks like it goes to a box below the radiators expansion tank. any ideas what it is as the silicon hose kits does have the connection or pipe to connect this back up.

That is the resonator box.
It's designed to reduce drive by noise.
The silicone hoses Just by pass it.
What colour hoses you wanting.?
Speak to exon about the hoses.

sound mate. was going to get them sfs performance as i want them in black. who does exon work for? how much he get them for?
