How would you fit this exhaust sleeve?

Recorded, but the phone struggles, distorts and clips a bit. But tried to include the better sections (join at 54secs).

Will try it with my proper camera on the weekend, I have a headrest mount but I guess I will need to drill out the spacing to fit the Clio as I made it for my old Rallye.
