How to change gearbox oil?

Looking for a bit of advice on how to change the gearbox oil.

I have read a few descriptions but any picture demonstrations would be brilliant if anybody has any?

Where it comes out, and where to refill from?

For some reason that particular thread doesn't work, says contact admin, all the other 'how to's work though. Whilst on the subject, iam due to change my gearbox oil on my 197, 25000. No track use , bit whiney on deceleration and in general. could people give me some advice on which gearbox oil they use as various views on here say oem is a bit crap so might try something different, hopefully quieten the noisy box! Thanks all.
