How take apart Recaro CS ?

Hi guys
I have a problem with a screw that turn but not unscrew and i need to take off the lower part upholstery, someone has do it? Is easy to remove the upholstery without damage it?

Well this is what is on the other side under the foam. So the nut is spinning so take the cover off by undoing it around the edge with the edge undone the foam and cover come off together from the plastic tub allowing you to sort out the seat base bolt as you can hold it from both sides work from the front of the seat there is metal teeth clips which hold the rubber edge in the plastic groove if the cover comes off the teeth will still be in the plastic edge hence you will notice the trim popping out after the covers have been repaired.
