How do I change wing mirror glass?

I want to replace my near side wing mirror glass on my 200 with one with the 'blind spot' glass like on the drivers side. How do I get the original glass out & then how do I put the new glass in. Also are the glasses the same as in do I just get a drivers side glass & invert it or do I need to get a glass from a lhd car? Thanks.

Push or move the side of glass closest to the car in as far into the wing mirror as possible then grab the opposite side sticking out and just pull. It will come out no bother. The glass just clips back in place.
