Good news! New garage installed. So much more dryness for activities.

Really happy with the finish. Rest of the outside of the garage needs to some titivation now though!

Really made me happy as the guys doing the roof were one of us. Talking about the space / size of the garage and how they would fit it out themselves. One of the guys used to have TVR Tuscan as well…. Until his wife made him sell it.

You know you've got to give the rain water a bit of a treat when going down the guttering haven't ya? Jokes aside it is less than ideal and is on the list to sort in summer if I'm honest as it was done with agreeance that it goes into next doors drain by the guy who build the garage years ago (i'm suspecting built late 80s going by some news paper clippings I found). Doubt that there ever would be an issue but in reality if they ever moved house and the new people chose to be dicks I don't think I would have a leg to stand on with it.

The joys of old properties and shit that used to go down.. you shouldn’t have an issue, worse case if anything did happen is just discharge it into water butts.
