Hello!

Joined up today as I'm on the look out for a tidy RS 200 to replace my wee Honda.

Looking forward to reading some of the project threads and looking to learn up as much as I can about the RS 200 so that I know what to look out for when buying one.

Not sure on exact spec yet but has to have the Recaro seats!

Welcome along. Whereabouts are you? I'm in Inverness. Plenty of advice and banter on here. Friendliest place I have been on the internet.

Hi, and welcome. How far north are you, I am 12 miles this side of Thurso.
 
Thanks again for the warm welcome! i'm noticing a few 197s about and the look pretty sweet too! Unsure which way to go as i already have a modded Evo 9 GT for weekend use - it is off the road for winter just now though.

Another one here, from a 172 (via a EP3 Type R, a Twingo RS133, a Honda CRZ and a FN2 Type R) to a RS200 in Liquid Yellow with recaros.

The journey has been fun :sunglasses:

Hi i am out near dingwall with a RS 200edc, which has replaced my 380bhp evo X.... your more than welcome to a shot of the clio to see what you think...
 
Welcome to the forum, good to hear you've found it friendly and useful so far!

Good luck with the search. Not much in it performance-wise with the 197 and 200, just a preference on looks and the obvious age/mileage differences.
