Help!! Car won't start for RAC

Does anybody know what might be the issue. Car won't start. Got RAC out and no joy. Cant diagnose it, computer not giving anything, immobilizer light stays on, barely turns over. Battery is fine. Few oddities as the fan comes on immediately when turn ignition.
After almost 2 hours I have to leave it where is to find an auto electrician and then recover vehicle there.
I'm at a loss and don't want Renault robbing me.
Help appreciated.

Crank sensor or steering lock possibly? Though I would have expected the RAC to have checked these.

turns over slowly...battery ok? fan comes on?

voltage drop ok when cranking? have the earths/fuses been checked?

He was useless. Got a local auto electrician will take a look tomorrow

He didn't check them but mentioned them, too hard to get to he said by which point after standing freezing my female nads off I just couldn't be assed arguing

My mate came and if he rocked the car and tried starting it, it actually turned over but otherwise not so much. The immobilizer light stays on and the fan comes on too.
RAC was useless. I gave him a below average score on his fecking laptop

have you tried jumping it off? how old is the battery?

Battery is fine it's new from July. We were in a busy supermarket car park too
