Headlights won't turn off

As above. Have the stock in the off position but dipped beam bulbs remain on. All the functions work on the stock but the dipped beam bulbs remain illuminated when off and side lights only are selected. In order to stop the battery going flay I've unplugged each bulb. This also means my other lights still operate just not the dipped beam.

Any suggestions?

I suspect dodgey relay but not sure. Anyone have wiring diagrams of zee Clio?

Anyone know which relay is utilised for the lights and where I'd find it? I changed bulbs to OEM ones but problem still exists.
