Headlight cleaning

My headlights have gone a bit yellow in places but the feel smooth on the outside which makes me think its on the inside. Please see the photos and advise if inside or outside and how best to clean them.

Not bad, took a bit of elbow work to really get it look like glass. Not 100% but it's a lot better than it looked, mine weren't quite as bad as yours but this is how they came out.

Fantastic, I take it yours looked similar, although not so bad, so it was on the outside?

Yeah, front end takes a hammering...I used a clay bar to get the grime out then sand, polish, protect etc.
