Has anyone an orig. Clio 197 Differential lying around?

My bet: From a Clio R3. This would be no Torsen Diff then. Good fit for Rally Stages with much gravel. Not so much on the road.

But i´m just guessing here.

Is there really that much advantage of having the ATB diff?

Im all for more traction an such but perhaps if i had a turbo or more power i could justify the cause abit more?

of course, the effect of the atb with more power will be even stronger...
but there is also a matter how and where you drive your clio197...

on tracks with tighter curves / mountain roads / wet weather conditions,
so everywhere you can get slip when accelerating, it's an advantageous.
it's like extra power, otherwise you lose, so you can run faster on the road.

tuning the clio197 engine is more complicated and expensive...

ok, then you don't need it with your driving style.
perhaps other already...

everyone should know himself if he needs it or not.

in any case, each cup version has fitted a locking differential.
and these vehicles have no more power as the serial versions.
