hanbrake only works on one side

Just wanted peoples opinion on this problem.
My handbrake only locks on one side, i cant adjust the mech on the lever as this tightens both sides.

Any thoughts?

Check in the centre console. It's two bolts to remove it, at the rear by the cup holder. Then check whether the cable hasn't come out of the bracket.

Failing this his I would say the cable has snapped.

Hi mines stopped working and was broke inside the sleeve. Easy enough to do.

Cable is intact and in the holder. It would appear the adjuster inside the caliper isn't wprking. I've wound the piston back in and it doesn't come out to take the gap up so i get a long pedal.
Guess I need to strip the caliper

Curclip could have popped out or snapped inside the calliper. Which retains the handbrake mechanism

Anyone ever replaced the handbrake mechanism inside the caliper?

I stripped it all down and all was ok inside.
Rebuilt, refitted and bled it. I manually adjusted the piston out to just before the pads contacted the disc and adjusted the handbrake to suit.
