I’m on standard Renault stuff as recommended by big Al
The advice I had from gripper was to use oil suitable for the box l.e. GL4
You then have the option of adding a friction modifier - enough to reduce diff noise but not enough to affect synchro operation
We’ve been using this in our NDO box with no issues

If orginal syncro gearbox, Elf NFJ oil + Red Line Limited Slip Friction Modifier. Race use 2,5L
I use AMS Oil 75W90 (3 packs). it contains friction modifier already for LSD application.
if more modifier is needed, you can add Slip Lock (1 tube) prior to gearbox oil
